266mm Western Workhorse

266mm (10.5”) workhorse chef with a resin handle poured in shop by my sister, Nora. 

I’ve been feeling more inspired by sweeping curves. I think that the curve of this blade will lend nicely to the parabolic curve your arm makes in a slice. It will also lend well to a rock chop. 

26C3 carbon steel blade, workhorse grind.
