140 x 51mm (5.5 x 2") ko-santoku with a local Elm burl handle with Spalted Tamarind and Black Palm accents. 

125Cr1 carbon steel blade, tempered to roughly 61 (+/-2)HRC 

These little utility knives are based on a knife I made for my wife when we started dating, it was a small santoku, perfect for any home cook. Thus, I named the shape after her, Kebby.
