164 x 62mm (6.45 x 2.4") santoku with olivewood handle. 

125Cr1 carbon steel blade. 

Workpony santoku for everyday use. Solid feel in the hand, ground nice and thin at the edge, but plenty of thickness at the spine for a robust knife. 

One of my favorites from this batch, super simple but everything you need in a chef knife. 

Balance point is at the heel.
