125Cr1 carbon steel blade.

Aggressive drop point on this chef, giving it a flatter edge profile, perfect for those who love to push cut. Thin grind, thin tip makes this another brut-de-forge/laser hybrid. Dicing onions or potatoes with these style of grinds gives next to no resistance. These guys are a bit more fragile though, so take that into consideration.
