198 x 56mm (7.8 x 2.2") chef with dyed burl and reclaimed wood handle.

125Cr1 Carbon Steel blade. 

Classic Euro/German style chef knife, with a western handle. Thin grind, thick spine to give you the ease of use. Scalpel-like tip to make dicing an absolute breeze. This guy is going to be a bit more fragile than my other knives, given its ultra thin grind and tip, this is essentially a laser/brut-de-forge.

Balance point is at the heel of the knife.
