205mm (8.1") Damascus chef knife with ziricote handle.
Random stack Damascus made from extra bar stock from my stock removal days. My best guess at the alloys is that this is made from 52100 and W2 carbon steels. I really enjoy the shape and taper of this one, the thickness of the neck and the swoop down into the body of the blade is *chef kiss*.
I would call this more of a line knife, or a cook's knife due to its slim figure, but it is a shorty chef knife. Nimble, but still solid feeling, it is definitely a cutter.
