232mm Wa Gyuto

232 x 58mm (9.1 x 2.3") gyuto with oak burl and black limba handle. 

125Cr1 carbon steel blade. 

Classic Japanese blade shape, mostly flat edge with a large nose to it, just enough curve as you get up to the belly of the knife that you can rock chop as well. Work pony grind to it, so it has some weight to it, but the edge will be thin and capable. You can let the weight of the knife do most of the work for you. 

Balance point is at the 2025 stamp, so it is pretty forward heavy.
