80CRV2 carbon steel blade.
Simple gyuto, nice daily user for a cook of any skill level. Not too crazy thin, but definitely capable in the cutting department. Flatter edge profile as is common with this style of chef knife, but capable of a rock chop too. A nice middle ground chef knife, overall.
