67mm (2.6") avocado knife with bloodwood handle.

26C3 carbon steel blade.

This little guy is something I've been working on for a bit. It's a do-all tool for you guac-heads out there. No edge on this, but its ground thin enough that you can get through the skin of the avocado and then whap out the pit. Once there, you can safely use the knife in your hand (no edge, remember?) and slice up the avocado, and then scoop it out with the back of the knife. Pretty nifty, huh?
