200mm Twist Damascus Filet

200 x 28mm filet with Ebony and spalted tamarind handle. 

26C3/15N20 carbon steel blade, made from twist damascus. The steel is lightly etched, as to allow the pattern to fully reveal with the development of the patina. 
The pattern gives the blade a really nice and varied topographical/flowing water look. 

This filet is a semi-flex filet, it is not totally stiff, but I would not call it flexible. This knife will excel at portioning proteins and breaking down larger fish. Super unique blade, definitely a great piece to start a custom knife collection or add to an existing one, a real eye-catcher.
