183 x 99mm Chinese chef with bocote and orange G10 frame handle. 

1075 carbon steel blade made from .065”(1/16”) stock. 

Shorter in length, but taller in height, this somewhat compact Chinese chef will fit in most kitchens as an easy to reach option in your arsenal. This thin blade keeps the knife lightweight and agile, and won’t tire you out as it practically falls through your ingredients. I started making knives because I couldn’t find Chinese chefs that aligned with what I was looking for, I think this one is what I was always looking for.
