213 x 39mm (8.4 x 1.5") double bevel slicer with a two-tone cocobolo and local curly maple handle.

125Cr1 carbon steel blade, polished and etched to reveal the alloy banding in the steel. The banding should develop more with use of the knife. 

Super nice middle-length slicer for any portioning, breaking, or other work you need in the kitchen. I love making slicers, and this one is very much my style.
