Sharpening Services

We are currently offering drop-off knife sharpening and repair services at the workshop in Union Collective, 1700 W 41st St Suite 411 Baltimore, MD 21211. 

This is by-appointment only for the time being. See the link below for the scheduling website. We are located in the space marked "Workshop by Union" on the building map, we are in the external door to the right of the Charmery. Our door is the third roll up door on the right. Sharpening and repair services are as follows:

Knife sharpening: $2/inch of blade

Repairs are priced on a case-by-case basis. 

We give a free consultation about what your knife needs, if you have questions before you bring something in, please email me. 

Minor repairs like small chips or a dinged tip run between $10-25.

Major repairs and blade thinning start at $25.

Handle restoration starts at $15, replacement starts at $75. 

We do not currently sharpen scissors or garden tools, but may in the future.

Please allow for 2-3 business days for sharpening, I will contact you via text or email when your knives are ready to be picked up. 

Please do NOT bring your knives in loose/unwrapped! 

Before you bring your knives for sharpening, please fully clean your knives and place them in a safe place for transportation. I recommend wrapping them in a towel and then bringing a box or sturdy bag. Please do not walk through the parking lot and building with your knives out, be respectful of others.
