13" Mezzaluna

I made a few trial pieces for a custom I have later in the year, and I am happy with these two. Both made from 125Cr1 carbon steel, I have curly maple and mahogany for handle materials. 

Perfect for chopping up salad ingredients, herbs, onions, or cutting pizzas or flatbreads. 

 Comes with a small stand made from mahogany.
