135 x 50mm Western Laser Cooks

135 x 50mm utility chef with a spalted tamarind and resin handle.

125Cr1 carbon steel blade. 

One of my fiancée's favorite shape of knives, its a little chef/cook's knife for every day use. Comfortable in the hand, with a bit more weight due to the density of the handle. 

It would be hard to label this as anything other than a laser, so that's what I'll call it. The tip will go through your onions like they weren't there. The thinness of the tip will require more delicate handling and storage, but in my opinion, this is my kind of home knife. 

Balance point is at the end of the handle.
