146mm Damascus Western Chef

146 x 43mm (5.7 x 1.7") chef with a purpleheart and maple handle. The maple came from Maryland.

1084/15N20 carbon steel damascus blade. 

A very fancy lil chef, perfect for every day use, or as a travel knife to make your friends jealous (or because you hate their dull knives). I made this along and two others with a friend of mine, and we decided to donate a portion of the sales of these knives to the Baltimore Hunger Project, which feeds children who rely on school lunch to eat over the weekends.
