148 x 47mm (5.8 x 1.9") cooks knife with charred oak handle. The oak is kiln charred and sourced from local trees. 

125Cr1 carbon steel blade. 

As basic a chef knife as I can make, perfect for a smaller cook or cutting board. I liked to use this size when I worked in cramped professional kitchens.
