165mm Chinese Chef

My smallest Chinese chef, a taller more square body version of the every day nakiri. 

Great for smaller cooks and kitchens, this guy can work on almost any size cutting board. These are mostly vegetable and herb knives, though they also are excellent for fish and boneless meat. Avoid using these for bones, as the edge is very thin. 

These knives are waterjet cut 1/16" 1084 carbon steel. If you would like one with a specific handle material that I do not currently offer, please reach out to me via email or through our custom knife doc.
