125Cr1 carbon steel blade. 

Super simple chef, great for a beginner to handmade knives looking for a less expensive entry to the market. Thin, flexible, delicate tip for precise slices and minimal crying during onion time. 

Sold as a second because its not straight out of the handle. I will include a picture so you can see. Its a minor thing, but I'm not happy with it. Its a functional and useful knife otherwise.
