180mm San Mai Fighting Chef

180 x 49mm chef knife with a black and white ebony coffin-style handle. Stainless steel and ivory G10 accents. 

1084/15N20 carbon steel sanmai blade. 1084 is the core. There is jacket material at the edge, but it is a similar hardened steel, so edge performance will not be affected. 

Blade is inspired by the shape of a Bowie Knife, edge shape is similar to a German style chef.
