194 x 49mm Wa Chef

194 x 49mm (7.6 x 1.9") chef with a hybrid handle. I'm not sure of the specie of wood, but its a nice piece of stabilized burl wood, I believe the good people at the Station North Tool Library gave it to me. The resin part was poured in house by my sister, Nora. 

125Cr1 carbon steel blade. 

A real blast to the past of knifemaking for me, these hybrid handles were all the rage a few years ago. Simple, everyday use workhorse lite chef knife.
