200 x 51mm Western Chef

200 x 51mm (7.9 x 2") chef with a dyed burl and padauk handle. 

125Cr1 carbon steel blade. 

More on the laser side, but I don't think its a full laser. Thin western style blade, for fine rock chopping. A very clean and simple example of a chef. Great starter knife for a collection.
