219 x 70mm chef with black palm and oak burl handle. 

1084 carbon steel blade.

One of my favorites from this batch. Reminiscent of a German style chef knife, high heel with a drop point, gives this beast a nice flat edge, perfect for any rock chopper. Statement piece knife for sure. Thinly forged blade and a tall grind have this biggin' feeling like a smaller knife.
