240mm Chinese Chef

The XL Chinese chef, this version is 240 x 120mm. 

I made this originally as a custom piece, when I saw the dimensions of the blade it was supposed to emulate, I was somewhat shocked. It really is a very large Chinese chef, but it lighter and more useful than you'd expect. Is it still slightly comically large? Yes. Does it still rock as a chef knife? Absolutely. 

This is a vegetable and herb focused knife, but it also excels at fish and boneless meat. Avoid using on bones and frozen foods as the edge is thin. 

These are made using waterjet cut 1/16" 1084 carbon steel. If you would like a different handle material or a custom stamping, please reach out to me via email or a custom knife request.
