80mm Paring

I have a bunch of paring knives that are roughly 80 x 25mm (3 x 1"). 

All wa handles in this batch, either oak or walnut, all local woods from Camp Small in Baltimore city. 

125Cr1 carbon steel blades. 

Simple paring knife for everything from cutting the tops off strawberries to deboning a chicken. I like my paring knives to feel like they can accomplish any task you give them.
